Oscar Predictions Made Easy

All year long, I draw up crazy, neurotic lists for myself of who will surely get Oscar nominations, sometimes before the films have even been made. So it makes perfect golden sense that I've been chosen by Tom O'Neil, the editor of the esteemed Goldderby site, to be one of his stellar Oscar prognosticators, throwing our educated guesses at the public and seeing whether they lead to bravos or chunk blowing.

This year, the pundit circle has been throwing a love of lovin' at Slumdog Millionaire, Sean Penn, and Meryl Streep, to name just three guaranteed nod-clinchers. But things change every week based on who gets a tracheotomy or who turns out to have given money to Prop 8--and the great thing about the site is that it constantly updates our guesses. Yay--that's more list-making for me!
