Do we agree that photos, categorically, including those that do not exist, are not able to "see"? 2. Are we safe in assuming that the word "been" has been omitted from the quote? [It would still be gibberish, but less pure.] 3. If 'Yes' to #2, then what--or who--is meant by "it"? [Say 'Yes' to #2 please.] 4. Assuming "it" was intended as 'who', did the speaker intend something like: 'Having regard to my professional standing and ethical standards, I couldn't possibly respond without at least first viewing for myself the photo, or photos, in question, which in any event, they do not'? 5. If 'Yes' to #4, would such reveal the speaker as: [a] professional; [b] ethical; [c] opportunistic; [d] a pervy wanker; [e] all the above? [Say 'No' to #4 please.] 6. Would it not have been at least as easy for the speaker to have said something more along these lines: 'The Defendants are acting in a highly unprofessional and irresponsible manner in promoting speculation as to the salacious qualities of photos which they have not seen and do not know exist; and by the way, they do not exist'...? [Say 'You betcha!' to #6 please.] 7. Does the speaker's failure to state his position at all clearly or definitively, such as along the lines suggested in #7 above, itself promote further speculation on: [a] whether, while Ms Prejean's plastic surgeon was at "it" [and here "it" is meant in distinction from the "it" mentioned in the quote], any further bits were thrown [or tucked] in -- or out; and [b] whether the photos Ms Prejean's lawyer may not have seen yet will be capable of providing an answer to [b]? 8. If the Defendants ultimately are successful in their cross-cause, should they be entitled to repossess the pound[s] of flesh? [Say 'Yes' to #8 please.] 9. Should such include restoration of any bits thrown [or tucked] in -- or out? [See #7[a] above, and consider whether justice ought to be tempered with mercy please.] 10. What if anything necessarily 'opposite' is implied from the phrase: "A into B"?
