Homophobic Polish President Died Alongside Gay Rights Advocate

While everyone is grieving over the awful plane crash that killed Polish President Lech Kaczynki, let's take a moment to tell a rather sad Polish joke:
Namely that he happened to be virulently homophobic, and as mayor of Warsaw, he repeatedly forbade gay pride parades from happening because his Polish sausage got limp whenever he thought about equal rights!
Sadly, Izabela Jaruga-Nowacka was also on the plane! The former deputy prime minister was a proud LGBT advocate who devotedly fought for gay rights in Poland and even spoke up against Lech's lousiness.
I'm surprised the antsy Lech even deigned to be seated on the same aircraft with her.
