Official Answer to My Question About the Driving Miss Daisy Billing

Just the other day, I asked why James Earl Jones has gotten billing ahead of Vanessa Redgrave in Broadway's imminent Driving Miss Daisy revival.
They're both acting titans of the highest magnitude, but after all, Daisy is the title role and Vanessa's an Oscar winner.
Maybe it was alphabetical?
Or perhaps they're just taking a cue from the movie version, which gave Morgan Freeman billing over Jessica Tandy?
Well, Liz McCann, one of the production's producers, has chimed in by giving me the official reason:
