I usually try to stay away from items making fun of celebrities' looks, though I feel it's fair game to mock anything about their appearances that's voluntary, i.e. a choice.
And these people have made some horrible choices!
It's a list of the 50 least sexy men in the public eye, with some hard-to-look-at stars like devilish Joe Jackson, outlandish Mickey Rourke, and woebegone Kevin Federline (see photo to the left).
I can't really agree with the top choice, though.
Billy Ray Cyrus does have that awful mullet and oily personality, but I certainly wouldn't throw him out of bed!
