The Golden Razzie Awards Are Homophobic!

They must be!

After all, three of their picks for Worst Supporting Actress of the year happen to be huge gay icons.

Cher is up for Burlesque

Liza Minnelli is nominated for Sex and the City II

and Barbra Streisand got a nod for Little Fockers.

Surely to anyone homosexual--and of a certain age--just the appearance of any of these ladies on celluloid is a cause for euphoria, no matter how lame and shitty the film is.

Clearly, the Razzies are hideously anti-gay!

Then again the same category also nominated Jessica Alba, so I guess they're anti-straight too.

Yeah, I see your point...but glad they stuck it to the Twipes! They've ruined Robert Pattison for me...(almost) lol

Hardly! first of all, 'gay classics' when it comes to movies are routinely campy trash that doesn't hold up under real movie standards (Valley of the Dolls totally would have gotten a Razz), and no self-respecting gay would want his or her name associated with the garbage for which this (otherwise strong, to be sure) trio is nominated. I am going to assume you are being sarcastic in this post.

Liking Streisand means you're gay? Oh dear.

"Guest" doesn't have much sense of irony.

Glad I saw Burlesque to see what Cher did most recently, but it was pretty lame! Sequels to movies that were fairly shitty in the first go-round? They are guilty of belaboring the obvious!

Cher had top billing in Burlesque, she was not supporting.Liza had a cameo in SATC.Streisand is the only one who could truly be considered in this category, and we can pretty much all agree that she as making the best of a bad script.

There you go again, speaking for the entire gay community. I'm as gay as they come, and I love all three ladies, but not even they could get me to the theater to see these pieces of crap. I'm sure their nominations were well deserved.
