Mario Lopez: "Eat At Least Five Times a Day!"

Hey, if super Mario says it, I'm doing it!

In his new book, Extra Lean Family, the TV hunk advises families to eat that many times because:

A) People -- especially kids -- don't want to sit for three big meals a day, so they tend to graze like barnyard animals.

B) Eating only three times a day means way bigger portions, and that's not good.

C) Eating five to seven times a day has been declared by nutritionists to be "far more effective in keeping your metabolism running high."

Hey, preach no more, Mario!

I'm sold!

In fact, I've already been following this healthy, slimming plan for years.

I mean 15 times counts as "at least five," right?

Mario once said he likes Huckabee but he's never said he's against gay marriage. As for his gay cred, he played Greg Louganis on a TV move and became great friends with Nick Adams, the openly gay actor, who said Mario's extremely gay-positive.

When Mario appeared on Broadway in "Chorus Line," all his conservative impact melted away.

Michael, why are you hyping anything by Mario Lopez, who supports conservative causes that fight against civil rights for gay people?
