• YES. Hooray for Lucy Gallant. No one remembers that wonderful movie. Thelma Ritter's in that one, too! Love the scene where Lucy recommends beaver over mink to one concerned mother--to her daughter's dismay!

• You forgot William Klein's "Qui Etes-Vous Polly Maghoo?" with Gryason Hall parodying Diana Vreeland and Donayele Luna in an out created out of one gigantic piece of sheet metal.

• Yes to Liquid Sky!  We used to trip balls and watch it every weekend.  We would double-feature it with Repo Man.

• Again championing one of my favorite movies: LIQUID SKY: amazing 80s fashion show. Well, the whole movie is amazing.

• "The Girl on the Magazine Cover" from Easter Parade. A kind of fashion show where the 'mo croons about his love for the women gracing the covers of various magazines only to end up with Ann Miller in her best. That's really second. The fashion show in Milan in Kinky Boots. Drag queens and fashion!

• And what about designer Susan Hayward's fashion show in "Back Street" where the showstopper is a weddding dress and  Vera Miles buys it for husband's John Gavin's mistress -- "But she'll never get to wear it!" -- because she's (Gasp!) Susan Hayward!

• Absolute Beginner's fashion show was pretty epic.

• The fashion show for the clergy in Roma was awesome - climaxing with the Pope on an elephant. My favorite outfit was the light-panel frock. An awesome display of the decadence around the Vatican!

• I have always enjoyed the fashion show sequence in "How to Marry a Millionaire" with Bacall, Grable and Monroe as some of the models.

• Mahogany.  And Tony Perkins was as creepy in it as he was in Psycho.  Almost.

• I loved "Bruno" and laughed my ass off since Agatha is one of my mom's clients. I always feel a little bitter towards them about how much time they take away from me being with her so as petty, immature and childish as it sounds, I definitely let out a "Ha! Fashion show RUINED." when I saw that. Anyway, I know this is dumb but I love the fashion show scene in "Raising Helen". Abagail Breslin picks her nose next to Helen Mirren. Pretty compelling stuff. ;)

• I'd include the David/Byrne Talking Heads movie "True Stories" as well as the Magazine sequence in The Rita Hayworth film "Covergirl"

• There's always a drive-by who picks the one thing that was left out. I recently did dozens of drag kings and someone said "What about Miriam Shor?" Anyway, I only put the ones here tat I could find images for.

• You missed Singin' In The Rain. I'm shocked.

• I love when The Women suddenly becomes color. The fashion scene is totally gratuitous but gorgeous, so I'd have to go with that.

• Bruno wins!! Hilarious scene.
