I mean, the zippered suede cape with the floral motif, the tugboat-shaped cowboy sombrero the size of Rhode Island, the swatch of chiffon shit around my neck, and the imperious-socialite-with-a-gastrointestinal-disorder facial expression.

WTF?

And more importantly ...

Wasn't it kind of icky-fabulous?

In a way, I kept Edie Beale's memory alive, whether she wanted me to or not.

P.S.: Here's another winner: A Christopher Makos shot from Interview magazine. Oh, my gay Lord!

But I just dug up three beauts photographed by Lizzerd Souffle. I'm pretty proud of these. You can't say I don't try to add to the party.

Sartorial commentary gone awry, the narrative thread lost somewhere amidst ghastly threads. Now we know you were Gaga's template, it's all your fault!

First, cover design by adding your favorite photos and then customize the calendar by including the title. If you buy online calendar as a gift, then you can take advantage of this opportunity to add a short personalized greeting message.

I love the first one of the Lizzerd Souffle photos the most.

What Edie Beale? When I saw that first picture I thought it was Maria Callas! Those eyebrows!

Love all the pictures!

Thanks for sharing. They're excellent.

I still have some bits and pieces of them.

These are the outfits Diana Ross designed and wore in "Mahogany"!

Oh yes...the first photo, I put firmly in the "fabulous" category more than the "icky" category.  All of us have photos of ourselves during unfortunate eras of fashion atrocities.  But as long as you carry it off with confidence (as you do with aplomb in this pic), you OWN the look and you are fabulous, indeed.  Sidebar comment:  In the 80's, I was once strolling down 8th Street, feeling truly fabulous in my clashing plaids and gigantic....EVERYTHING.  There used to be a long-standing vintage clothing store there and the owner was standing in front.  As I walked by, he looked me up and down and growled, "IT AIN'T WORKIN'!"  Since I can still recall it to this day, I think he might have ruined my day.

That's true, it's all in the attitude, and MM definitely has that. I think these pictures are nice actually.
