How Much Do I Love The Ovation Channel?

I am completely with you on this one, Michael. I've been watching it for over a year and it's like having a fairy godmother. Case in point, for no real reason I tried in vain to find a copy of Bette's "Gypsy" and the next week it showed up on Ovation. Almost makes me want to Tebow, but not really.

Funny you should mention Sparkle...I just watched it for the first time a couple of weeks ago, although I'd seen bits and pieces long time ago.

Ovation is the channel I kinda "forget" but love when I stumble across a gem.

I agree. The chance to see weird gems like Chorus Line and Sparkle is amazing. Even TCM doesn't show those.
