Yes, I know I just wrote that Jane Fonda plays an eccentric granny in the upcoming Bruce Beresford film Peace, Love & Misunderstanding.

But her character is also a mother. You can't be a granny without being a mommy first.

So here's Jane in her resplendent matriarchal eccentricity with her daughter (two-time Oscar nominee Catherine Keener).

Whoever styled this thing is at the very least making for some very fabulous stills.

"The Morning After" is a campy classic and one of her best overlooked performances.

This one looks like a goodie.

There's a real art to stills and stage photos. Some you remember forever, such as Lee Phillips pressing his face into Lana Turner's poitrine, covered in filmy red fabric in "Peyton Place."
