The name of the work involved is “Jennifer Lopez and Male stunt double”. It appears on a site operated by

you at http://blogs.villagevoice.com/.... I have reserved all rights to this work, which was first published on March 16th, 2012.

Your use of our material, which appear at the link above, is unauthorized. Permission was never given to use the photos. Furthermore, you have taken credit our agencies material work and caused confusion as to whom the original author of the work is. Therefore, you have willfully infringed my rights under 17 USC §101, et seq. and could be liable for statutory damages as high as $100,000. 

Such copyright infringement is a direct violation of the Digital

Millennium Copyright Act and International Copyright Law.

As you have used this photo for a large period of time, financial payment must be made.  Both video and stills have been made of the infraction as evidence (see attached) and are admissible in court.

The price of your usage is $1,000.  If payment is not made on this photo usage, full legal action will be taken.

Please send me the billing address and contact person in which I can send the invoice for payment. Once the invoice is mailed out, you have exactly 14 days to make payment or full legal action will be taken.

If I have not received proof of compliance from you within 24 hours, I shall consider taking the full legal remedies available to rectify this situation.
