A fleet enema!
Someone obviously thought it best to leave it there rather than try to get it aboard the plane along with all the toothpastes, body lotions, and hemorrhoid creams.
And it's a good thing, if you ask me.
Lord knows I wouldn't be safe sitting next to someone who'd just taken an enema!

I've always said that a thorough cleansing before take-off makes all my "flights" more secure.
There's been a lot of disturbing airplane stuff lately--pilots going crazy, birds in engines--but a Fleet enema box next to the security sign is to me the most disturbing incident of all. I will never fly again.
