They were having a nice time.
But then Lindsay noticed photos he'd taken of her in his cell phone.
And I guess they weren't properly photoshopped or something.
Allegedly he got super nasty.
And Lindsay gets more negative press.
Update: The guy's arrest was voided because officials felt the charges couldn't be substantiated.
But I'm sure this isn't over yet.
No one takes a secret photo of Lindsay and lives to talk about it!
And no one grabs Christian LaBella's phone from him and gets away with it!
