Clint Eastwood Talked To A Seat Before!

Before he made a spectacle of himself by talking to an empty chair that symbolized Obama at the Republican National Convention, screen legend Clint Eastwood had already filmed a similar scene.

A dry run, as it were.

A friend of mine from WBAI tells me that in the new film Trouble With The Curve, Clint plays an old codger who has trouble with the bodily functions.

And he talks to the toilet bowl about it!

"I'm sorry about my kidneys," Clint says, comically.

"They're not working very well."

Let's hope that at the second debate, Obama's seat is filled with a little more energy this time, or the whole country will surely spiral into the crapper.

I love Clint as an artist - not when he's talking out of his ass.

@mikeymusto Don't know if you've heard this. Remember when Clint "Talked to the trees"? Well chairs can be made of wood too.. :)

Nothing could be more boring than a "zzzzz" troll.

If the movie was about Romney, they could call it Trouble with the Perv.

Clint should have wheeled a toilet bowl out to the podium at the convention. THAT would have made an impression.
