Mitt Was Too Moderate To Win, Say Conservatives

Funny, I thought he was too conservative to win.

But the really right-wing Repubs are furious that their candidate let them down and came out with views that were too-soft for them to find him inspiring and triumphant.

Says one Tea Party Patriot in the linked blog,

"We wanted someone who would fight for us.

"What we got was a weak moderate candidate, handpicked by the Beltway elites and country club establishment wing of the Republican party."

Another teed-off tea drinker is quoted as saying, "At the end of the day, conservatives were left out in the cold.

"It should have been a landslide for Romney had he embraced a truly conservative agenda."

And an anti abortion leader says Mitt took all the right stances on that issue, but not loudly enough--he should have made the issue center stage!

But the reality is, Mitt used to be wildly in favor of Roe vs. Wade way back when and ultimately made himself less moderate on that.

And by time the election hit, no one knew what he stood for, since he'd flip flopped more aggressively than a NASCAR driver losing control of his vehicle.

Yes, he could have picked up some more right-wing votes if he'd been even more rabidly anti human rights, but what the election shows to me (especially when you factor in all the wins for LGBTS and losses for haters) is that the country wasn't tolerating the family values crap anymore!

Even as an alleged moderate, Mitt was not welcome here!

But hey, the guy now has four years to evolve and retool into a whole other species.

Maybe human?

The GOP always shoot their wounded after they lose.

The Tea Baggers were just the religious right renamed to avoid the stench of the Republican brand.

The best joke of the night:

"Did the rape guy lose the senate race?" - "Which one?" (They both did.)

The 1% has America coming and going you don't know is Romney was too liberal or too conservative, most likely he was confused himself so in the reality the President Obama was reelected the Executioner in Chief  I offer America my condolences:

Liberty is dying, democracy is dying, republicanism is dying, intelligent thinking is dying, the working class is dying, industry is dying,  activism is dying, the population is dying, and society,

society is dying, American is dying, war is living, drugs addiction is living, ignorance is flourishing, drug gangs are flourishing, ignorance flourishes, bigotry flourishes, shallow thinking flourishes, everything good is dying, everything bad is flourishing.

Oh the the Village Voice has been dead and dying for the longest, as has the Peoples World, I hope Rupert Murdoch dies, I especially hope Donald Trump dies, Barbara Walters can die.

But generally "The 1% has America coming and going you don't know is Romney was too liberal or too conservative, most likely he was confused himself so in the reality the President Obama was reelected the Executioner in Chief  I offer America my condolences:"

Who said that?
