It's in an article about Host Committee, a social networking site that books early-evening parties at clubs to bring in extra money for those spaces in this time of need.
I give my views on this trend--saying clubs will do anything for additional bucks these days, but this, like everything, will eventually pass--and that's where I'm given that effervescent appellation.
I prefer it so much more than "tired hack."
