Are Joey Arias And I More Than Friends?

No, not really.
But way back in the early '80s, we may have played a game of light frottage in a nightclub, and as I point out in this New York Times article about the Bar d'O reunion at Indochine, don't blame Joey--I was the aggressor.
The piece, by Jacob Bernstein, describes the madcap mood at the event, where the performances were outrageously good and misty memories were shared.
I also told the reporter:
"Joey gets to do Billie Holiday, then snap back into himself and go home, happy.
"Billie Holiday generally cried herself to sleep, then woke up wanting to gargle on razor blades."
