Sirhan Sirhan Still Number One with a Bullet

Posted by Michael Musto at 9:00 AM, May 15, 2008

Was Sirhan Sirhan the first Arab terrorist (and a slightly hot one at that) or a Manchurian candidate, hypnotically programmed to kill Robert Kennedy? How the fuck would I know? But a new movie delves into the pervy possibilities in a way that'll slay you. It's Shane O'Sullivan's documentary called RFK Must Die: The Assassination of Bobby Kennedy and it's spreading sunshine at the Pioneer Theater starting on June 5.

According to the press materials: "24-year old Palestinian Sirhan Sirhan was convicted as the 'lone assassin,' but witnesses placed him several feet in front of Kennedy and for 40 years, Sirhan has never been able to remember the shooting. Defense psychiatrists concluded he was in a hypnotic state at the time of the shooting and extra bullet holes in the pantry suggested a second gunman was involved. A girl in a polka-dot dress seen with Sirhan in the pantry later fled the scene, exclaiming 'We shot him! We shot Kennedy!' The LAPD couldn't find her, so they bullied key witnesses into retractions and said the girl didn't exist.

"Today, Sirhan is America's last surviving political assassin, locked away in the same California prison as Charles Manson for a crime he can't remember committing."

Hey, maybe they can get together and jog each others' memories—or at least put on a nifty production of Chicago.

Ooooo Chicago!!! I have the perfect opening lyrics for the Cell Block Tango with Sirhan and Company!

Charles Manson: "Tate"

Mark David Chapman: "Rye"

OJ: "Glove"

Sirhan: "Huh huh??"

John Hinkley: "Foster"

Son of Sam: "Berkowitz"

Ever notice how Charlie Manson sounds exackerly like Geo. W. Bush? Honest, they had Manson on TV this w/end talking sh*t and I closed my eyes and thought it was the State of the Union.

This "Manchurian Candidate" angle is told well in the book "Nemesis," in which we learn that Aristotle Onassis unwittingly supplied the money to kill RFK by paying off the Palestinians so they wouldn't hijack any Olympic Air jets.

Jongleur Music Pictures to make JFK MLK RFK Assassination Trilogy

History lingers and winces at the memory of the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr., and Senator/Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy. So much has been written, filmed and discussed in every forum including literary, television, cable, film, video, internet and every kind of news productions and publishing. Often in all this is the feeling that much of it has an agenda beyond truth or entertainment.

Jongleur Music Pictures plans to make 3 honest and entertaining movies that will clear the air around the tragic events as well as provide great entertainment.

The movies will be based on the investigative findings of Special Investigator Gary Revel. Negotiations are proceeding as to producers, directors and actors as the development mounts for what some believe will bring forth Oscar caliber performances.

Dream Killers - A Trilogy is the title of the development project and is being Executive Produced by Elisabeth Revel.
