The Curse of The Dark Knight Continues

Posted by Michael Musto at 10:15 PM, July 23, 2008

So any association with the aptly named The Dark Knight tends to make you a little bit cuckoo, no? After all, Christian Bale may have pushed his mother, who may have said horrible things about Christian's wife. Maggie Gyllenhaal says she's tormented by paparazzi and is so annoyed by the erroneous and evil things written about her that she'll never look at any of her press again. And of course Heath Ledger is still dead. What next--will Aaron Eckhart turn vicious on a reporter? Oh, he already did that years ago! Will Morgan Freeman assault Broadway with a creaky revival of The Country Girl? Oh, he did that too? Never mind.

I'm sure the stars of Dark Knight don't mind going a little bit crazy because their value in Hollyweird is going crazy through the roof!

kudos to the makers Dark Knight for their record breaking opening weekend... it's no wonder there's talk of another one coming out ASAP

If my mother were a clown, I think I'd do more than push her. Imagine Christian's torment as a child: dressing up in a funny outfit, palling around with creepy guys with painted faces. living in the middle of a circus. Wait! Isn't that what he's doing now?
