Poor tuna. All these years of being "crusted" and seared at every single restaurant in the world have finally led to its demise. (Tuna stocks are dangerously low.) Well, at least some people out there care. Today, a five-day tuna conference begins in Kobe, where "tuna management groups" will brainstorm about how to protect the dwindling population.
