Our Man Sietsema: 'Australian lamb isn't good enough?'

Sietsema has managed to find his own little piece of the outback in Gowanus-land, USA. At Aussie bar Sheep Station, Our Man falls for a $13 sandwich of "amazing lamb," arugula, tomato, and mayonnaise, and has an affair, n the side, with a "haystack of french fries which have been cut like two-by-fours, and thus given a superior crunch-to-squish ratio." He seems uninspired by the lambchops, and says the meat pie is "mainly for drinkers who see eating as a responsibility rather than an opportunity," and you'll just have to read for yourself to find out what makes him end the review thusly:
