Mark Russ Federman, Mr. Third Generation at Russ & Daughters, is one of our very favorite New Yorkers. Hanging out at the store, hearing him charm his customers, is like traveling back to the pre-American Apparel Lower East Side. He is one jolly, hilarious, fish-loving, smart guy. And that all comes through in his vision of a last meal.
