EfV has just received a tip that Johannes Sanzin, the chef and co-owner, with Chelsea Altman, of Maggie Brown, Peque, and Olea, is claiming yet more Fort Greene real estate. Our informant says the chef is moving into the Bodegas space on Fulton & Clinton Avenue, but it is as yet unclear whether this will be a solo endeavor or another link in the team's chain. We will keep you posted, of course.
