It's a Good One: Week-Old Curry
Plenty of food writers and critics are not obese, and yet we're chalking up our own impending chubbiness to occupational hazard. Last night, about an hour and-a-half before our dinner plans were set to commence, EfV found itself trying to just sample the goat curry at a brand new Jamaican restaurant in Bed-Stuy. There's nothing wrong with that. It's just hard to stop when the meat is so tender, the curry is so hot and the proprietress is calling us "sweetie."
Daily specials are listed by hand, $5 each with rice and steamed vegetables or salad.
