Time for a Top Woman Chef

Our good friend, a restaurant insider who has requested anonymity, would like to make an announcement, before Season 3 of Top Chef gets any further along. Not only has she declared that the next Top Chef "can't be a man," but she is specifically calling Lia, executive sous chef from Jean Georges the (so far) dark horse who, according to our opinionated source, will join the ranks of Harold and Ilan. Here it is in her own words:
"They can't choose 3 men in a row. It's an affront to everyone in the world, and I would put my money on Lia. She's gonna fly under the radar until it's time to make it happen."
So, you heard it here first. Unless she's wrong.
