Bed-Stuy's Best Roti

Faithful readers, you may have noticed a recent obsession with West Indian snacks here at EfV. We recently moved our headquarters to Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, where the streets are lined with roti, among other things. We've taken well to the bakes and doubles at breakfast time, and the goat curry or stewed chicken in the evenings. Here, we share a whole bunch of our finds with you. For the record, though, nothing really compares to Ali's.
