Wine Replaces Caribbean in Fort Greene

What was once Mo-Bay, a Caribbean spot on DeKalb Ave in Fort Greene, will soon be some kind of wine bar. That is, if they get a liquor license. Otherwise it will be like the time when I was in first grade and we were supposed to go on the Circle Line, but it rained, so we moved our chairs around and pretended we were on a boat. Guess what, Ms. Spector? That was not awesome.
