Does Anything Sound Dirtier than a Sausage Festival?

People, there's a sausage festival underway, and I'm not referring to the one where your boyfriend plays Wii bowling and smokes blunts with his filthy group of friends.
Starting yesterday, and until the end of the month, several restaurants around town will be offering special house-made sausages. Those restaurants are Café D'Alsace, French Roast Café, L'Express, Le Monde, Maison, Marseille, Nice Matin, and Pigalle.
A la cart sausages are $7-9, and platters are $28.
