Thanksgiving: Dude, Where's Your Turkey?

If you don't have a turkey plan yet, it's not too late to order one from DiPaola Turkey Farms (The New Jersey Turkey dudes at Union Square Greenmarket). But you better get on the horn ASAP. Wednesday is pick-up day and they bring lots of extra birds so you can take your chances and hope they have the size you're looking for if you, like us, leave everything till the last minute.
