Gourmet Mag Lists Best Oldies

Gourmet always covers restaurants in the October edition, but the magazine that hits newsstands today is very different from restaurant issues of years past. Instead of chasing the next big thing, basically the default mode of most restaurant coverage, this year, Gourmet is focusing on the best places that have been around since 1941, the year the magazine launched.
Here's their list of the best restaurants in the country that have hit the 67-year-old mark:

So New York hits the list twice, with The Oyster Bar and The 21 Club. In another roundup, the editors list the 14 best old-school bars, and Bemelmans Bar is the New York pick.
I would have added the Ear Inn, and, if I can bend the rules, Tout va Bien, which opened in 1949. Anyone else have an old-school favorite that the editors missed?
