Umbrian Harvest Dinner at Il Buco
The four-course prix fixe is $100 and includes wine pairings and a copy of "The Harvest," a film the restaurant's owner, Donna Lennard, made about a family in Candellara, Italy that has been producing olive oil since 1630. Prior to dinner, Roberto and Donna will conduct private olive oil tastings of il Buco's 2007 and 2008 Viridens Umbrian extra virgin olive oil at each table.
