Obamas Get a Garden

Michelle Obama will enlist the help of 23 fifth-graders to dig up a patch of the White House lawn in which an organic vegetable garden will be planted. The garden, the first since Eleanor Roosevelt's WWII victory garden, will be visible to passers-by.

Scientists in Scandinavia have found that the Nordic diet may be just as healthy as the Mediterranean diet. A research team at the University of Copenhagen has invested 13.3 million euros in further testing regional foods, such as fish and native berries, for their health benefits.
