It's the scourge of every great BLT: the T that leaks onto the bread and soaks the sandwich beyond repair. Luckily, Brits will now be able to avoid this terrible fate with the new leakless tomatoes developed by supermarket chain Tesco.
Developed in Holland, the tomatoes are said to keep a sandwich's bread intact, while still being juicy. But will these supermarket tomatoes really revolutionize sandwich-making across the pond? Or does avoiding sogginess simply lie in the smarter layering of a sandwich's ingredients? Who cares... don't supermarket tomatoes suck anyway?
