McDonald's beat out Burger King and KFC in the latest American Consumer Satisfaction Index rankings for the first time ever, which may be due to its new cafe offerings. The Golden Arches' score was 1.4 percent higher than last year's score of 70, while BK's score plummeted by a whopping (pun intended) 2.8 percent.
