In honor of Mothers' Day, Mike Licht, of NotionsCapitol, has compiled a fun list of 10 cooking videos in which mothers and grandmothers demonstrate how to make their specialties--they range from Cooking with Bubbe, featuring kosher cooking, to a mom who makes a quick kimchi.
I especially like the Cooking with Grandma series on Chow. The one that Licht highlights is especially good, starring a Burmese grandma teaching her granddaughter how to make prawn curry.
Above, LA's 99-Cent Cook (he uses only ingredients under 99 cents) invites his mother to teach him how to make her Louisiana jambalaya.
