File under embarrassing: Tandoori-chicken sandwich, paneer bites and a Bombay burger. Those are just some of the dishes that Chili's Grill is bringing to residents of Bangalore. "Chili's-Bangalore will offer guests a unique dining experience with bold, kicked up flavors," said John Reale, president of global business development. "Guests will find local flavors they enjoy infused with the brand's Southwestern heritage." Bowing to local South Indian preferences, 80 percent of the menu can be made vegetarian.

The owner of Chili's, Brinker International, struck a 15-restaurant, five-year agreement that will expand Brinker's presence throughout India. That means the imminent arrival of Maggiano's, and On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina in India.

What about In n' Out? They could make mutton burgers instead of beef.
