The Wall Street Journal rounds up 10 of the country's best food trucks, some of which are owned by established restaurateurs. In New York, Calexico Carne Asada, Rickshaw Dumpling Truck, and the Tabla truck made the cut.

When fish are in trouble, send celebrities to the rescue: Sienna Miller, Charlize Theron, Sting, Elle Macpherson, Alicia Silverstone, and Woody Harrelson are among those who have signed a letter to Nobu Matsuhisa asking the chef to reconsider his restaurants' policy of serving endangered bluefin tuna.

BPA, the chemical found in "bad" plastic, is increasingly unpopular and even faces a ban, leaving food and drink companies searching for a PR strategy to "prolong the life of BPA." Apparently, they're willing to to spend $500,000 for the perfect campaign, which they hope will include a "pregnant young mother... willing to speak... about the benefits of BPA." Yuck!

The ice-cream truck wars just got a little more chilling (pun intended). Two Mister Softee truck drivers in Queens allegedly roughed up a Good Humor operator, warning him to stay off their route.
