According to a report from Bloomberg, Cadbury's popular Dairy Milk bars will carry Fair Trade certification, beginning this week. The British company, responding to rising demand in the U.K. for ethically sourced products, will use Fair Trade cocoa and sugar from Ghana and Belize, respectively, for the Dairy Milk bars. The move comes three months after Cadbury's biggest competitor, Mars, Inc., announced that all of its cocoa would be sustainably sourced by 2020, with Rainforest Alliance approval.
