How much food do you need to stuff 3,000 people on a five-day cruise to Canada? If you headed over to the Carnival Triumph, currently docked in Manhattan on the Hudson, you could witness the loading of 160 tubs of vanilla ice cream, 16 cases of Lucky Charms, 1,000 pounds of boneless short ribs, and 2,000 pounds of bacon. (That's two-thirds of a pound of bacon for each person!) Plus, much, much more.
Then there's the booze--crates of liquor, 50 cases of Heineken--and, inevitably, the bottles of vomit-cleaning powder.
