Some More Openings to Chew On

New York magazine's Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld have some details about a few restaurants opening in the coming weeks:

Joseph Leonard is the first solo project from Market Table and Little Owl vet Gabriel Stulman; the "bar with serious food" is named after Stulman's grandfathers and decorated with meticulously curated flea market finds.

The prolific Michael Bao (Pho Sure, BarBao, and an expanding portfolio of Baoguettes) is opening Bia Garden, a Vietnamese beer garden, on Orchard Street.

At Park Slope's Bark Hot Dogs, Brandon Gillis and Joshua Sharkey will baste their wieners with homemade smoke lard butter.

Fans of the baklava at Gulluoglu will be happy to learn that the Turkish pastry chain, which has a shop on Coney Island Avenue, is opening a second location in Midtown East.
