"Store Front" Exhibition Celebrates Old New York

"Store Front: The Disappearing Face of New York," an exhibition by photographers James and Karla Murray, opens today at Clic Gallery on Center Street. The series of photographs of mom-and-pop storefronts, which spans ten years, includes a shot of the now shuttered Vesuvio Bakery and Clover Delicatessen in Murray Hill. In many of the images, the shop's owners stand outside of their establishments.
