Among the Items on the CB2 Agenda This Evening...

...is South Brooklyn Pizza's application for a full liquor license for 159 Prince Street. The space, between West Broadway and Thompson Street, was described in its real estate listing as "perfect for florist, lingerie, or any boutique." One can begin to guess how neighbors of the former copy shop will react to the possibility of minimally clad go-go dancers shaking their money makers over pints of beer and perfectly charred crusts.

Also applying for a full liquor license: Robert Werhane, one of the partners behind Dell'anima, L'Artusi, and Johnny Utah's, for the former Bar Q space at 308 Bleecker Street; Serafina's Fabio Granato for Rio Mar's erstwhile home at 7 Ninth Avenue; Todd English's rumored restaurant in the new hotel going up at 25 Great Jones Street; and Robert Schagrin, one of the co-owners of Crush, for the 4,000-square-foot space at 40-42 Thompson Street.
