Pastry chef-turned-sandwich peddler Will Goldfarb has launched a barbecue truck on Wall Street called Picnick, Smoked, serving up heritage pork shoulder, kobe brisket, and Bobo Farms chicken. The truck sold out of barbecue the first few days it was open.

Trattoria Cinque has opened in the space formerly occupied by Devin Tavern. The menu will change seasonally and is made up of five small plates, five big plates, five pastas, five desserts, five reds, and five whites. (Cinque, if you haven't figured it out, means 'five'.)

Yerba Buena is getting a second location in the West Village. Yerba Buena Perry's menu will be different from its East Village sister, including five ceviches, toro taquitos, seared rib eye with sea urchin, as well as bar snacks and an all-new cocktails list.
