Pig Roast 'On' Tonight at Brooklyn Yard in Spite of Downpour
The Hapa Kitchen cooks planned on roasting two pigs in an arcane Cuban-Chinese style at Brooklyn Yard this evening, assisted by some celebrity barbecuers. The bad news is, what with the incessant rain, there will probably be no canoeing on the Gowanus Canal tonight. The good news is that the pig roast will go on under a series of capacious tents. At $10 for a plate of pig, plus a glass of locavoric Sixpoints, it's a bargain.
