'Top Chef: Las Vegas' Premieres in Less Than Eight Hours
When Top Chef: Las Vegas kicks off tonight at 9 p.m., expect an abundance of tattoos and clams, a smattering of bleeped-out obscenities, and a trickle of blood. And, because this is Vegas, there will also be poker chips, a pack of showgirls who seemingly got lost on the way to Joe Eszterhas's house, and a vice-inspired Elimination Challenge guest-judged by Wolfgang Puck. Fork in the Road will post a re-cap tomorrow morning; in the meantime, you might get in the mood for the show's sixth season by renting Casino, or checking out Serious Eats' preview clips of tonight's episode.
