David Burke is about 80 percent done renovating Townhouse, which he says will be "more comfortable, little neater, warmer." New menu items include a stuffed poussin with lobster and a rack of lamb with octopus and Moroccan spices.

The uptown location of Vynl, which Top Chef alum Dave Martin has been cheffing since April, has shuttered and will reopen as a Mexican restaurant. The owners are the same, but it's unclear if Martin will stay on.
