Motorino Set to Further Stoke Flames of Pizza Frenzy Tonight

If you're suffering from Neopolitan pizza fatigue, then please disregard the following announcement, but if not, then take note -- if you haven't already -- that Motorino is opening tonight. The Williamsburg pizzeria's Manhattan outpost, located in the former Una Pizza Napoletana space at 349 East 12th Street, will feature chef-owner Mathieu Palombino's ethereal pies and a short menu of appetizers. And, in a shocking departure from the protocol governing most of the new, rarefied breed of pizzerias, Palombino will be serving slices by request.
