Bradford McDonald, formerly of Per Se and Alain Ducasse at the Essex House, has taken over as the executive chef at Crabtree's Kittle House in Chappaqua, N.Y. McDonald's new menu features such dishes as Malpeque Oysters with Sorrel Foam and Nori Powder, and Slow Roasted Berkshire Pork Belly with Peach Compote and Cured Ham Gastrique.

Jason Neroni sounds L.A.-bound. His Facebook updates and Twitter feed over the past month have referenced his new "master plan," as well as movers, In-N-Out burgers, packing, and seeing "my favorite NYC places and people before I go."
