A New Wine Bar Coming to East 9th Street

If the work permits on the papered-over window are any indication, then there's going to be
a new wine bar at 341 East 9th Street between First and Second Avenues. The space was previously occupied by Enchantments, which provided one-stop-shopping for practitioners of witchcraft.
